The FISU Meditation Course costs just £75/ €125/ US$125/ INR500/ DKR1250 and takes 3 months to complete over 9 sessions each taking around 2 hours . The Non-Residential courses are held at various centres around London and the Home Counties. We also have centres in the Oxford, Peterborough, Melton Mowbray and Eastbourne areas as well as around the Home Counties, the M25 and Kent. Residential Courses

Our Residential Meditation Courses or Retreats, which are held in various venues around the UK and take place over 3 weekends. Approx Costs: £600 (Male/Female Share or Couple) £700 – Single Room – Includes 3 Weekends Accommodation & Full Board – All Meals (6 Nights in Total – Full Board – All Meals), your own personal practices, training and guidance. (prices are only an approximate guide as it depends on which venue or hotel we use for the course).

We call our deepening courses – “TOGATHERINGS” and these are at present held five times yearly, twice in the United Kingdom and in Spain, Finland and Cyprus abroad. UK Togatherings are held at our current residential venue in Norwich in the Norwich area of the United Kingdom and close to both road, plane, rail and train connections.
