    Our new year advertising campaign kicks off next Tuesday, 4rd January with Heart Radio Essex.  Our ads are broadcast at various times during the day including evening drive-time.

    It's the first time a meditation school has used the airwaves to advertise its courses and we hope that it will bring greater awareness of the benefits of meditation, and of our work in providing a system of individually prescribed meditation.

  • FISU Meditation Melbourne – New Developments

    We are developing our second meditation teaching centre in Australia in Melbourne.  Melbourne is the capital of Victoria and is Australia's second largest city.  Rajesh and Jasmini were there one year ago when they attended the "Parliament of World Religions", that was held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

    Rajesh commented, "One year on from our visit, we are delighted to finally have the opportunity of having an additional centre in Australia.  It's such a vast country and so beautiful and we loved Melbourne, so this is great news".

  • Meditation Meetings at Heathrow Airport, Hounslow, Middlesex

    Our centre at Heathrow proves ever popular for new and established meditators.  Meetings for current meditators are now monthly and there's an up-to-date meditation meeting schedule until March 2011.  The meetings are usually at the Marriott Renaissance Hotel, Heathrow.

  • FISU Meditation Johannesburg slowly unfolds……

    Our FISU Meditation teaching centre in Randburg, west Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa continues to slowly expand.  This is the first time that our unique, individually prescribed meditation has been offered in Johannesburg.

    We also hope to be developing a new centre in Pretoria in the near future.  Meditation courses run on a regular basis, so do get in touch if you are interested in learning more and attending a free introductory talk about "why meditation and what FISU Meditation is all about?".

  • Meditation in Singapore – Popular? Sure is!

    FISU´s development in this international metropolis continues to grow and we are very encouraged by the number of enquiries we are receiving on a daily basis. 

    Like the rest of the world, there are a number of "new age" therapies and practices prevalent here, but nothing of the real profound depth of spirituality that FISU offers.  Our life transforming practices are now being enjoyed by the locals and they love it!  It's great we can offer then something affordable, easy to practice - and with outstanding results very quickly!
