We recommend that the following therapies or practices are not combined with FISU Meditation:
| Acupuncture | Acupressure |
| Any practice using Acupuncture Points | Any practice using the Meridian Points |
| Chakric Healing (of any type) | Chakric Practices (of any type) |
| Cupping | EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique |
| Hypnotherapy | Indian Head Massage |
| Shiatsu | Reiki |
| Reflexology | Kinesiology |
| Touch for Health | Meridian Therapy |
| Moxibustion |
We are not saying that these practices or therapies are bad or ineffective, but they cannot be used whilst you are practicing our form of meditation. This is because when you meditate using FISU techniques, your body recharges itself with a very fine energy that these practices disturb. This can impede your spiritual unfoldment. This evidence is based on teaching thousands of people throughout the world.
You wouldn't go to two doctors simultaneously and take two sets of drugs at the same time, therefore; the same principle applies here.
We also consider practicing as a therapist for any of these aforementioned therapies is equal to receiving the treatment or practice.
If you are currently receiving one of these treatments, then we recommend that you finish the course and then proceed with ours, but both cannot run concurrently. If you have any concerns please do write to us or consult your teacher.
