FISU Tratak Stands (for candle meditation)
FISU’s Tratak Stands are an engineering masterpiece (as you would expect from the world’s leading meditation school) and totally portable. The base is similar to a music stand, but the upper part has an adjustable boom. The boom will hold a standard candle and even has a wax catcher. The stand is suitable for both short and tall people and is totally collapsible and a case with handle is included.
The stand is suitable for travelling and weighs 1 kilo. We are developing a smaller table top version, so check back another time if this one is not suitable for your requirements.
The stand, when located to your side, allows your legs and feet freedom to move as required, and is therefore much safer, especially for young people and teenagers practising Tratak.
Please note: Young people or teenagers should be supervised when doing this practice.

Meditation Blanket Shawl
Being comfortable and warm as you meditate is important, especially in winter months. Our Meditation Blanket Shawls are aimed at covering the top or lower half of your body and keep you really snug. They can keep your upper body warm by wrapping the shawl around you, or put over your knees, legs and feet.
We currently have two designs, both reversible- Purple & Pink or Spotted Green & Brown.
They are 125cm x 150cm (50” x 60”) and are made of 100% polyester. (They are not fire resistant, so please keep away from fires and it should not be used to cover upholstered furniture).
