Our Day Intensive will be an uplifting and profound experience. Not only will you experience the warmth of the FISU family, but this is a perfect opportunity to experience what FISU is all about - a world leading authority on Meditation and Spiritual Unfoldment - the art of living a spiritual life in a seemingly material world!
Our group chants are very enjoyable and there is great benefit when practised in a group. Gong Meditations are something very unusual and give a very deep and tranquil meditation.
Being in the presence of Rajesh & Jasmini is always an uplifting experience and both their sessions are invaluable to the spiritual aspirant - combining the highest spiritual truths with daily practical living. It is the perfect day to see your life from a different perspective.
Sometimes we can't seem to rise above our own personal experiences for long enough to do something constructive about them. This day is an opportunity to do just that - rise above and get good perspective on your life.

09.00 - Arrival - Tea & Coffee
Warm up the vocal chords with a warm beverage ready for the Chant!
09.30 - Group Chant & Gong Meditation
Many of you have already experienced a group chant at a local Satsang. Well, unless you have been on a Togathering you will not have experienced a Gong Meditation. This special type of meditation gives you a deep and powerful meditation - don't miss it.
11.00 - Morning Tea & Coffee
Also enjoy the warmth and sociability of the FISU members.
11.30 - Satsang with Rajesh
Your chance to ask any question that has been bugging you.
13.00 - Buffet Lunch
Enjoy a sumptuous cold buffet lunch!
14.30 - Group Meeting with Jasmini
Jasmini always puts us right on our practices to ensure that we are gaining maximum benefit from them. If you have lost your way - you´ll be quickly back on track.
16.00 - Afternoon Tea & Cake
Enjoy a refreshing afternoon cuppa with some lovely home made cakes.
16.30 - Group Chant & Gong Meditation
Another chance to experience the benefits of a group meditation. You just can't wait to hear that gong again and drift into a peaceful but energising meditation.
17.45 - Satsang with Rajesh
Another wonderful opportunity to broaden your knowledge on all matters Spiritual.
19.00 - Day Intensive Ends
Sadly we have to finish here but there will be other opportunities later in the year and on Togatherings to be together again!

Please follow the directions below. Enter the Church grounds through the front entrance and you will see some buildings behind the church. The Day Intensive is held here.

DIRECTIONS BY CAR:
From the A406 to the Crooked Billet Roundabout, Walthamstow - take the exit that says Chingford -A 112. Follow this road until you reach the Chingford Mount Road shopping area. It's quite easy as this is a straight road with various traffic lights. When you see the shops - at these lights continue straight on for around another 3-4 of a mile through the shopping area. The road continues up a hill and you will find Chingford Mount Cemetery on your right. Just at the top of the hill is the Church on your left. The road before the church (Priory Avenue) and the one afterwards (Leadale Avenue) are both fine for parking. You may also park directly outside of the church itself on the Chingford Mount Road, but be aware of the borders of the yellow lines for parking restrictions.
DIRECTIONS BY TRAIN:
British Rail - Overground - Nearest Station: Chingford
Trains originate from London Liverpool Street and stop at Hackney Down, Clapton, St James' Street, Walthamstow Central, Wood Street and Highams Park and terminate in Chingford. Please check schedules at: www.nationalexpresseastanglia.com. From Chingford Station it takes 10 minutes in a taxi, or alternatively you can catch the follow buses and disembark at the stop prior to the Cemetery. Nos: 97 & 215
London Underground - Tube - Nearest Station: Walthamstow - Victoria Line
The following buses pass the Church on Chingford Mount Road: 97 & 215 and both connect with Walthamstow Central Bus Station and Chingford Station. Journey time: 20-30 minutes.
