FISU Meditation has elected Israeli developed DaPulse.com, a high level project management system, tailor made for fast growing organisations as its primary project management tool.

Within FISU there are an increasing number of events and projects to manage. There can be as many as 50 in a year and more with the onboarding of a new country.

Our international marketing team consists of around 15 people and we can now connect in real time in a visual manner.

A ‘Pulse’ is a rich collaboration place that connects everyone around a particular topic, project or event.  We can seamlessly communicate, create a knowledge base, share files and images. It keeps everyone up-to-date with the status of the project or event in real time.

daPulse started in its journey in 2010 as an internal project within Wix.com, the world’s leading web-publishing platform. With multiple locations and a widely distributed workforce, Wix faced the challenge of keeping its employees on the same page. “With our rapid growth and an international upbeat team we needed efficient communication through a collaboration platform.

Many FISU countries are attending health or Mind, Body and Spirit shows this year which we have not done so for a number of years.  However, with the rise in popularity of meditation and mindfulness we are going to give it another shot.  This is an example of the need to manage the pre and post marketing campaigns, plus the event itself and this was the reason behind choosing an easy to use collaborative tool.
