Come and join us for the last event of the year at Forest School, Snaresbrook, East London E17 – the venue where we hold our day intensives.

This is more of a social event but we will be hearing a Satsang from Gururaj.

There will be the usual group chant and gong meditation followed by a home cooked dinner and dessert, soft drinks and tea/coffee. It’s a lovely opportunity for you to connect with the FISU family.

It’s a bright and airy venue hidden at the edge of the famous Epping Forest, former hunting ground of King Henry Vlll and Queen Elizabeth. It will undoubtedly be a royal occasion and one you shouldn’t miss.
