I first got introduced to FISU meditation some 17 years ago through a friend. First hand, I could see how much the practices she had been taught had helped her. At the time I was struggling through life in general, and I needed guidance with my anxiety, lack of self-confidence, focus and clarity with my life. Through the practices taught and the personally prescribed mantra I was eventually given, I quickly saw the benefits and started to heal myself from within.

I don’t think I would have been able to cope as well as I did with the consequent break-up of my marriage, various up and down challenges that life throws at you.

I feel so blessed to have found FISU meditation. I have ongoing support and care that is an unbreakable bond between my teacher and I and the whole FISU meditation family of meditators.
